Strengthening Digital Skills in Adult Education

The KDETYD association coordinates the educational program “Strengthening digital skills in adult education”. The target group of this program is adult learners over 55 who lack basic digital skills. Due to the difficulty involved for these age groups in handling the use of information and communication technology (ICT), we aknowledge how important it is to combine the development of adults’ digital skills with the ability to understand technological information in order to help reduce current digital divide in the indicated age range. The goal is, for people over 55 and older to become more digitally literate and fluent in expressing themselves digitally according to their personal or professional preferences.
