Next Step to Europe – Step 4

On April 30th, a group of young people from the KDETYD association visited the 2nd EPAL Drama, with the purpose of informing the students of the 2nd grade about the European project “Next Step to Europe – Boosting active citizenship among youth in small cities”.
They gave a detailed presentation on the activities carried out during the third youth meeting of the program, which took place in Conversano, Italy. The project is funded by the EU program CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values 2021-2027).
The thematic focus of the meeting in Italy was on “Climate and Environment”. The youth of the association shared their experience from participating in:
• Competitions and festivals.
• Educational workshops.
• Environmental protection campaigns.
These actions were implemented in collaboration with young people and students from local schools, highlighting the importance of active participation and cooperation in addressing contemporary environmental challenges.
