Adult Education in Communication and Conflict Management

On 5^th of August 2020, the KDETYD association in collaboration with Dr. Chatzidimitriou Katerina – MSc Economist and Adult Educator EKDDA – and the Social Welfare Center of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, organized an educational training with innovating methods in Communication, using instructor-learner discussion and interaction. The attended trainees were teachers in public and private institutions and experienced new training techniques.

The aim of the experiential seminar was:

• To get the knowledge and to be trained in Active Listening
• To identify the communication barriers that arise in the educational environment
• To develop skills and techniques for improving interpersonal communication and honest face-to-face expression
• Because the problems and difficulties in interpersonal relationships, regardless of the reasons that cause them, can decisively affect the life and daily life of the individual
