“Information, awareness, training of local community Associations and development initiatives and development initiatives skills of Vulnerable Social Groups”

The Association Innovative Actions in Education, Tourism, Health and Interculturality “KDETYD” designed and implemented on Monday, August 30, 2021, an interpersonal meeting on “Information, awareness, training of local community Associations and development initiatives and development initiatives skills of Vulnerable Social Groups” within the program “Active Citizens Fund in Greece” Bilateral Cooperation Initiatives, of the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area (EEA) 2014-2021, with the Fund Operator (FO) for the EEA Grants “Bodossaki Foundation” in consortium with Allileggie SolidarityNow.

The meeting took place on the 3rd floor of the Prefecture of Drama, in the “Andreas Papandreou” conference room where the participants were women from 25 to 60 years old, representatives of other associations of the local community who are also active in issues of Vulnerable Social Groups. The aim was to inform, educate and raise awareness of actions and support techniques for vulnerable people so that they can contribute to society through their active participation. The action focuses on the interest for cooperation and presentation of networking proposals, exchange of good practices and attraction of new members of the associations / NGOs for the development of initiatives for socialization and improvement of the vulnerable groups.
